My blue title bar is only showing one letter

Hi
For some reason, out of the blue, my IE6 title bar is showing only the first
letter of the name of whichever page it happens to be on. For example, when I
go to my home page Google, the title bar reads only 'G'. I have used Norton
GoBack to return to well before the period when this started happening, but
it has made no difference. I would like it to stop, but mostly I would like
to know if anything serious is going on, ie attack from another source. I
scan with Norton regularly, but since this takes a good three hours and I'm
busy, I don't have the time.
Thanks to anyone who can help.

Hi,

Uninstall and reinstall both of the following products (if you have them
installed already):

- Google Desktop Search
- Google Toolbar
