IE title bar

Hi,

My IE's title bar has been changed by an ISP provider's CD
after I've put it in my CD-ROM, I guess, the autorun of
the CD did something to my IE.

normal title bar should look like:
(web page title) - Microsoft Internet Explorer

but mine is now:
normal title bar should look like:
(web page title) - Microsoft Internet Explorer by (that
company)

If anyone know how to change it back, I guess that would
be something related to registry. Please help, thanks in
advance.

....or try this:
How to remove branding.
To remove all Internet Explorer branding, follow these steps:
1. Click Start.
2. Click Run.
3. Type

rundll32.exe iedkcs32.dll,Clear

and then click OK.

4. Restart Internet Explorer.
