Single Letter in Title Bar

Don

I am running Internet Explorer 6 on a Windows XP machine,
and am noticing that whenever I use IE, the title bar
only displays the first character of whatever the title
of the web page really is. It is the same result no
matter what website I am viewing.

Example: When visiting microsoft.com, the title bar
displays "M", not "Microsoft" (or whatever it's title
is).

Thanks!

Try this fix. It may not be for the same operating system but it may be the
same cure.

A Single Letter May Be Displayed in the Title Bar
When you run Windows Explorer or start Internet Explorer, the text in the
title bar may be displayed as a single letter (for example, an "M" or an
"E").

I've read a couple of messages attributing the problem to Popup
Manager. I use it and like it, no problems.
