IE Title Bar

I installed some software that changed the title bar to
read - Microsoft Internet Explorer provided by Comcast.
How do I change the title?

It also put a little image at the top right of the
browser, how do I get rid of that?

Mike,

Click Start | Run | and type the following commands one by one: and press Enter

"Rundll32 IedkCS32.dll, BrandCleanInstallStubs"
"Rundll32 IedkCS32.dll, Clear"

Close and re-open IE. All the ISP customizations are now reset.
