Terminal Svc Nightmare

I am having a problem terminal servicing to all of my
servers in the workgroup. One of these servers was
previously inside of my domain, we moved it to the dmz.
This server I can still connect to. The other servers have
never been internal and I cannot connect to them. Is this
a case of the servers not contacting the licensing server?
 
The eventlog should be able to give you information about this.
If necessary, you can hardcode thw address of the LS into the
registry of the TS:

239107 - Establishing Preferred Windows 2000 Terminal Services
License Server
