terminal services shortcut keys

I have an application runing on a citrix/ts session.
To enter a registration number I am supposed to bring up
the help/about screen , then press shift +F2 to get to a
registration page. (if I was running the app locally)

anyone know what keyboard shortcut I could use through the
terminal services session to do this ?

While I don't know if this will help, the latest versions
of the RDP client give you the ability to send all
keystrokes to the server, rather than having to deal with
the client to server keystrike translation, which is most
likely getting you here.
