terminal services printing to client printer

When i try printing while connected to my company's
network using terminal services through the internet. I
get the following message.

there was an error found when printing the document "test
page" to ts001. the device is not connected.

I am trying to print back to my client printer
 
Is it possible that the server has an old or incorrect
driver for your client printer?
