Terminal server not connecting

Hi,
I'm using Small Buisness Server 2000 with static IP.The
problem is that i want to connect server from another
location,i added Remote Administration mode in windows
components of Terminal services, then i created a client
but when i try to connect to server the message is
showing 'server busy
try after sometime'.

Can you verify that the terminal server is listening for
RDP connections on port 3389? Try doing a netstat -an to
see if port 3389 is open. Also, try telnetting to port
3389:

telnet {ip_address} 3389
