Term Ser constant disconnect

I have a terminal server running on Win2k3 standard, I have a few clients
that connect to it from remote locations never more then 2 at a time and they
keep getting kicked off almost every hour. There are no time settings set,
and there is nothing that seems to be reptative, all times aprear to be
random, I cannot pin point any specific pattern. Can anyone make suggestions
as how to evaluate what is happening or how to fix this constant disconnect.
Thanks for the help.

Seems like a WAN Problem if there arent any errormessages leading elsewhere.
Try to monitor the WAN availability to proof this as the Problem.
Continous pining or a real monitoring tool.
If there are Routers or anything else involved check their logs and
monitoring capabilities.

Thanks, I think this weekend I narrowed the problem down to my router, I will
try some of the tests, and I will take the router offline for a few hours and
see if there are still connection issues. Thanks for the advice

I have a similar problem but I am running TS through Win2K. Our system was
once rock solid but I think something must have changed and now we have drops
at random from a variety of people connecting. 56K, T1 or whatever seems to
not matter and the disc. is random and unpredictable.
Is there maybe some basic things to check out in addition to our network?
Are there some settings to check?
