Disconnected sessions

We are running W2K on our terminal server with RDP 5.0. We have been running
into issues with disconnected sessions and two users could not log on at the
same time without knocking each other off. I have checked all the config
settings, but no change. Clients are also running W2K. If I put it in remote
administration mode, they can both log on at the same time, but I am worried
about adding more ts users in the future. They are also still getting
disconnected sessions. Do I need to upgrade my RDP and if so, how do I do
that?
