Terinal server client

The remote session was disconnected because the local
computer's client access license could not be upgraded or
renewed. Please contact the server administrator.

I get this error when trying to establish a session, any
ideas as to why? I was always able to make this
connection and now this message appears.

Which OS on the TS?
Which type of TS CALs, if 2003 on the TS?
Which OS on the client?
Anything more in the EventLog on the TS?
Can the TS locate the Licensing Server?
Have you checked available TS CALs on the LS?

1.) You are beyond the grace period and the Terminal
Server can not connect to the Terminal Server Licensing
Server
2.) You are out of Licenses
3.) If 2K3, your Terminal Server is in the wrong mode and
does not match the licenses installed.
