I installed a Terminal Server, but from some days when i'm trying to connect
from a client :

"The remote session was disconnected because there are no Terminal Server
License Servers available to provide a license.
Please contact the server administrator."

I have also a network of n°3 Terminal Servers W2k that work without problem
: why ?

Grettings from Italy :)

To connect to a Windows 2003 Terminal Server, you need 2003 TS
CALs. These can only be installed on a 2003 TS Licensing Server.
W2K LS cannot handle them, since the licensing scheme changed
quite a bit from W2K to 2003. But the other way around is OK. So
your best option is to install and activate a 2003 TS Licensing
server, move your W2K licenses to the 2003 LS and install some
additional 2003 TS CALs on it.

Yes, if you want your current users to connect to the 2003 Terminal
Server, you have to buy a new 2003 TS CAL for every user or client
computer. Read the 2003 Licensing FAQ that I posted before:

This happened to me, and I have the server activated and with licenses available. The TS just don't retain the settings for the TS Licensing server
All new users at this point can't get a license.
