Temporary Internet Files

WHen I got a saving pictures problem, I notice something
wrong with my temporary internet files options.

First, after clicking the Settings button to view where
the files were I found that no location was listed. When
I tried to move the folder it gave me an error message
that "there wasn't enough space to move to the new
location". I deleted all the files and cookies so I know
there is nothing to move.

Second, when I tried to set an amount for disk space I
found that it would only allow up to 10MB of space. WHen
I select OK, it gave me an error message to "please select
a value between 1 and 0 for how much disk space temporary
internet files may use". Also moving the bar does not
produce any number in the box indicating the amount of
space.

Any advice would me greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I took a look at the articles and unfortunately they did
not help. I should have stated that I was using Windows
XP as an OS.

Until I find out how to restart in MS-DOS, I will have to
wait in trying to use the solution in the first article.

The second article stated that I disable a particular
McAfee executable (fbount.exe). After searching for it, I
could not find it, so disabling it was not an option.
Please that I do use McAfee, but file could not be found.

Thank you anyway for your help and support it is much
appreciated.
