I was asked this by a friend and was embarrassed to say I
had no answer.
If you clear out the internet cache completely, all
cookies and files. then use windows explorer to navigate
to the folder containing the cache it looks empty, go up a
folder level and look at the folder properties it says it
contains several folders and files.
If I search the folder for '*.*' I find them but if I just
double click it I see nothing they don't seem to be hidden
or system files.
What are these files? why can't I see them normally ? and
is it safe to delete them ?
