We have created a template (Word 2003) that is used to create documents for
our clients. The problem is that some of our clients use older versions of
Word and the document we send electronically changes (fonts, etc.). Is there
a way to fix this problem without opening every document and saving it as an
older version of Word?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

See http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting/TextReflow.htm. Briefly, it is not
simply the difference in versions of Word that is at work here. However, you
can select the option on your computer to save documents using only features
available in Word 97.
