Template for quotes

I am in the process of coverting quotes from Corel WordPerfect to Word. In
the Corel program, when I open the quote, a little box appears that allows me
to fill in the necessary information and when I am done, it automatically
puts the information into the correct fields in the document. How do I set
up my document to do this in Word, or is it even possible?
