temp internet folder cookie listing

Please help.
The listing of cookies that used to be in my temp internet folder has
disappeared. Since all the cookies placed on my computer do not show up in
the "cookie folder," I have used the temp internet folder to find and delete
them. How can I restore the listing of cookies in the temp internet folder?

Why bother? As a matter of fact it's a good idea to delete all cookies once
in a while. As you use your computer the sites that you visit will generate
new cookies if you allow them.

Can try to restore them from recycle bin if they exist there. Unnecessary by

I do not want to restore the cookies. I want to be able to delete them. In
order to do so, I need to know that they are present and to see them listed
specifically somewhere. That "somewhere" has always - until recently - been
in the Temporary Intenet Files folder. Only some are listed in the "
C:\Documents and
Settings\[username]\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files" folder. None
of them has ever been listed in the "C:\Documents and
Settings\[username]\Cookies" folder.

So, I need them to show up in the TIF folder so that I can delete them.

Right mouse click on your IE icon on the desktop and select Properties.
Under the General tab, click on Settings for the Temporary Internet
files. Once at Settings, click on Move Folder and move your Temporary
Internet files Folder back to where you want it to be.

Mine are located in:

C:\Documents and Settings\UserNameChanged\Local Settings\Temporary
Internet Files
