Temp Int. files

Help !!!
My temp.Int. file, ( under my user name) keeps loading up
with the same huge bunch of stuff everytime I go to my
home page, even though I have just deleted all the stuff.
It keeps reloading the same crab. Any idea how to
fix ?????
