Temp files/folders and Virus

Hi All,

hope this is the correct area for these questoins, if not please let me
know.

Two general questions please :

TEMP FOLDERS/FILES - there's a LOT of "temp" folders on the computer - just
what can be deleted to save a LOT of space??

re:

C: Documents & Settings/all user/local settings/temp/temp internet

c:/temp

c: wondows/temp

etc....

AND I am getting HIT with the Open+me.exe which has the W32.spybot.worm -
NORTON is catching it, but am wondering how it's getting on my system at the
earrly am? = see following

The file

C:\DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS\ALL USERS\DOCUMENTS\OPEN_ME.exe

was infected with the W32.Spybot.Worm virus.

The file was quarantined.

Open IE (Internet Explorer)/tools/internet options
Delete cookies
Delete files - check box for offline content also.
Download Spybot - Search & Destroy
