Temp folder not appearing in Disk Cleanup dialog

I have a Temp folder at C:\Documents and Settings\{My Account Name}\Local
Settings\ which is 214 MG on size. If I run Disk Cleanup, it doesn't see
this Temp folder. Am I safe to delete it? Will Windows re-build it? (I'm
also running Off-line files, but I gather those files are in
C:\Windows\CSC\)

Thanks

The reason that the program does not see your personal temp folder is that
it is written to look for temp folders belonging to XP only.

I would not delete the folder. XP would probably just recreate it. If it
doesn't, and some program that you are running needs to create a file in
your temp folder, only bad things can happen

Instead, you can delete all of the files in the folder which you will never
expect to need again. These files, in fact, are yours. XP will not let you
delete a file which is in use (another reason for not deleting the folder -
you cannot delete a folder if at least one file is in use).
