TCP MIB Library errors

G

Guest

I'm getting a "error loading the TCP MIB Library" error when I try to add a
TCP/IP port for a new printer.

The KB article, #261302, refers to renaming files in the systemroot sub
directory, however, I can't find that sub directory,nor can I find more than
old copy of the tcpmib.dll file.

Any ideas?

thanks

type set in a command window

SystemRoot=E:\3790SRV

for most people this is c:\windows

look for WSOCK and WS32??? files as well.

also in a command window run

sfc /scannow
