tcp mib library

Can someone help?
I tried t oinstall a printer through the network with the
IP address and when chose a standard TCP port it gives me
an error <cannot load the tcp mib library> and cannot
install the port.
What should I do beside restarting my computer?

Thanks for your reply.
I am not sure of what to do now. I read the bulletin and I
went to the registery , search for all the indicated dll
extension (Wsnmp32.dll, Ntprint.dll, Tcpmib.dll,
Mgmtapi.dll, or Snmpapi.dll ) , only to find Ntprint.dll
that I deleted but it still cannot create a standard TCP
port.
Any better guidance?
