TCP/IP printer problem - TCP Mib Library

I'm trying to add a printer via it's IP address. I'm
adding it as local and adding a Standard TCP/IP port, but
I get the error message "Cannot load TCP Mib library".
Anybody has a cluse what this means and how to correct?

I foung the problem if anybody is interested...see
Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 261302. However, my
problem was with SNMPAPI.DLL file and not the Wsnmp32.dll
file as the article describes. If you have this problem
look for either file.
