errr: "Error loading the Tcp Mib Library" on boot up

I got the error msg "Error loading the Tcp Mib
Library" on boot up. The two things
I was doing was trying to get caught up on my
updates and installed a program
"Inter Actual Player 2.0" so I could watch a movie
on my laptop. Then things froze
and when I rebooted I got this message.

I looked it up on KB / and got KB 261302 which
said

CAUSE
This behavior may occur if a third-party version
of the Wsnmp32.dll, Ntprint.dll, Tcpmib.dll,
Mgmtapi.dll, or Snmpapi.dll file has been copied
to the %SystemRoot% folder.

RESOLUTION
To resolve this behavior, rename or delete these
files in the %SystemRoot% folder. These files are
taking precedence over the Microsoft-supplied file
in the %SystemRoot%\System32 folder.

I searched to the folder shown is Resolution but
could nothing back. I tried searching manually
and couldn't find it. I did included hidden files
and folders.in my search. The only place I found
these names files were in the i386 and System 32
directories.

Am I going in the right directions? Thank in
advance for the help.

I am not sure the KB article applies to your situation since there is no
indication that you are trying to use the "Add Standard TCP/IP Printer Port
Wizard" which the KB article mentions. You can try renaming the files in
the i386 folder that are listed in the article by altering the file
extension (i.e., .dlX) just to see if there is any effect but I am thinking
that it probably won't help. Have you tried uninstalling the program you
mentioned?

Yes, I did uninstall the program.
I also forgot to add, I did a flash upgrade on my
CD/DVD player.
Do you think it would have anything to do with
that ?
Thanks !
