Hello:
I think my tcp/ip stack may be corrupted. When I run ipconfig/all some if
the ip addresses show up like this (fe80::212:3fff:fe72:f1ab%4). Am I correct
in my assumption or is something else the problem. Is there a way to
reinstall the stack like in older versions of Windows.
