TCP/IP seems to be corrupted.

When I use IPCONFIG /ALL some of the ip address show like this
fe80::212:3fff:fe72:f1ab%4. What is causing this and is there a way to fix it.

Go to Start -> Control Panel and double click Network
Connections.
Right click the icon for your Local Area Network and select
Properties from the menu.
Look for Microsoft TCP/IP version 6.
Highlight that entry and click on the Uninstall button.
Click OK.
Close Network Connections.
