Loosing TCP/IP stack

Hello,

More and more frequently, I'm losing the TCP/IP stack when booting.
ipconfig /all
Windows IP config:
Node type : hybrid
IP enabled NO
WINS proxy enabled NO

The TCP/IP properties are set to obtain an IP automatically. If I go to the
properties tab and click ok, the PC freezes.

The only way to fix this is to boot in safe mode, and do a system restore.
Any pointer would be appreciated. Thanks!
