tcp/ip settings

I would appreciate it if someone could explain to me how
to reset my tcp/ip settings in Windows 2000. I can no
longer access the internet using broadband (optimum on-
line), but have to use a phoneline. AOL recognizes
broadband connection exists, but can't connect. Thank you
in advance
 
From a command prompt;
ipconfig /all
and compare the result with what your ISP thinks you should have.
