Hi all,

Good day to all.

This is my first post in this forum.

I'm using windows XP and recently "C" has been formatted.
I connect to internet using a broadband connection (LAN). After the formatting, I tried setting up the internet connection by following the wizard for new connection in the Control Panel. After the wizrd has completed, I tried to edit the TCP IP properties. I'm not able to see the place holders for entering the subnet mask. Its not there at all.

Can anyone pls tell me how I can fix this?

Thanks in advance.
