TCP/IP Net Transport Not Installed

I can't get on the Internet and when I reboot I get the

Michael,

First, reset TCP/IP.

Start - Run - "cmd". Type "netsh int ip reset c:\netsh.txt" into the command
window. Reboot.

Next, try "sfc /scannow". Reboot.

Finally, try a repair install of Windows.
