TCP/IP NETWORK TRANSPORT IS NOT INSTALLED

I deleted mcafee security software and now when I try to
connect I get the following messages. "TCP/IP network
transport is not installed" or "TCP/IP protocol". When
trying to repair connection using repair in network
connections screen I get "unable to renew address". What
do I need to do?
