I have been having a problem where whenever I hit ctrl-
alt-dlt to open the taskmanager up, It opens but then
closes itself in 1 or 2 seconds

w32.spybot worm disables NAV, Msconfig, Regedit and Task Manager:

Rename regedit.exe to regedit.com then:

Download then Merge the edit on line 251 then delete all the files mentioned
in the above link.
