Taskmanager on Window XP Pro sp2

In my TaskManager(ctrl+Alt+Del), the problem is that, under the column of the
'User name' (suppose to display words like User name, local...,networking
which is directly beside the processes),the title User name is there, but the
column under it is blank !!! Last time,it is fine !!! Anyway,how can I get
the column under User name back to usual state ? Thank you for all your helps
!!!

However if you do not want to turn on this service, it will after all
increase your attack surface for no real benefit, you could get hold of
ProcessExplorer from SysInternals. It does the same as TaskManager and more
and will show that UserName without the need for Terminal Server to be
running.
