Taskmanager gives Application Error

When I try to launch the TaskManager, I receive an application error. I have
reloaded XPProSP1. I have updated my video drivers. I can successfully run
the TaskManager when I start up in SAFE MODE. What are some steps I can
take to narror down the problem?
