taskbar

I can't create program icons launchers in the taskbar by
dragging the icon (for example - Word) from the desktop
or start menu. I used to do it all the time in prior
versions of windows. It must be something easy to feagure
out...

Any help is appreciated.

Did you click on taskbar's Properties, Toolbars -> "Quick
Launch"?
Maybe it will help.
