Taskbar problem

I used to be able to close / open multiple minimised documents and applications from the task by clicking close all applications on the taskbar. when I minimise a ducument now it does not appear on taskbar and the only wat to open it is to use the alt / tab option. Can anyone help me with this problem ? TI

I used the downloaded vbx with greate hesitation, but it worked ! Thanks Kelly !
