Taskbar Icon Wrong Color

Hi All,

Sometimes when I open a program or my web browser, the
icon in the taskbar will flash an orange color. If I
click the icon or somewhere in the open window it will
then change to the correct color (blue). Is this a
problem? TIA

Hi,

This is normal.
Windows XP is trying to tell you that a new program has
opened or a window has new content.
