Taskbar gone sideways

My Taskbar has moved, seemingly of its own accord, to a vertical positoin on
the right side of the screen.
Does anybody know how to get it back down ?

Drag it to were you want it:
Place your mouse in a clear area hold down the left button and move
as desired
[you can also lock the Task Bar by R/Clicking the T/B and select lock]

Right click Emty space on Taskbar,
Make sure "Lock the taskbar" in unchecked
Drag the taskbar (by clicking on empty space) to bottom.
