Taskbar gets blurry when moved to top of screen

When i move the taskbar to the top of the screen and maximize a window, the
trail of graphics causes the taskbar to get blurry. You can see the path the
window actually took as it maximized and it blurs all the other icons in the
taskbar. When i mouse over the icons, system tray, and shortcuts, they
reappear.

This does not happen when i set the taskbar on the bottom of the screen.

Any ideas?

This does not happen when i set the taskbar on the bottom of the

Try connecting your computer to a different monitor. Does the problem
still occur? If not, you know the fault is in your original monitor. If
the problem persists when connected to a different monitor, post back
to this thread and include the make/model of your videocard.
