Taskbar freezing in Win XP Pro

Hey everyone
I need help with my problem that is seriously annoying.
when i browse the web and for some reason if i minimize
the screen to taskbar, then at that moment the taskbar
completely freezes for about 30 seconds, then it starts
responding back again. as far as i found, this happens
after minimizing the internet explorer, and it happens a
few times a day. what could be the problem ? i would
really appreciate any help.

thanks a lot, i will check if that works, although their
problem looks a little different than mine...
