Taskbar changes icons and displays unwanted "Search Assistant" after each reboot

Hello,

I think I may have a spyware issue but I'm not sure. I
have XP Pro and the taskbar changes the location of my
Quick Launch icons and shows this stupid "Search
Assistant" on the right side of the toolbar. I turn the
Search Assistant off and rearrange my icons but when I
restart, everything is screwed up again. I emptied the
temp folder and ran Spybot - Search and Destroy but
nothing changed.

Any ideas?
