hey you know that iocn that appears every time you open
up the task mamager well is htere ne wy to view that icon
all of the itme with out having to have the task mamger
open?

Neo, all you have to do is select Options and check Hide when Minimized.
The little Icon will sit in the tray
without having Task Manager in View.
