XP Task Manager Troubles

Recently, Task Manager has changed. There used to be several tabs - Tasks,
Process and now there aren't any. The only thing I see now are the running
tasks. What's more, the menu bar and minimize-maximize-close buttons are
gone. This means I can't close Task Manager once I open it.
Also, the rectangular icon representing Task Manager being open in the
taskbar no longer has any text in it and does not respond to any input. The
only way I can close Task Manager is to completely shut down the computer.

I run XP Service Pack 2, along with security protection Norton AV 2006,
Ad-Aware, SpyHunter, and ZoneAlarm Pro.

I haven't changed anything that I know of, and have no idea why this is
happening. It's driving me nuts. Can anyone help?

Thanks,
Paul

You're running in what's called "Small Footprint Mode." To change back and
forth from this mode to regular mode, just double-click on the border.
