Task Manager

Here's the deal. When I hit CTRL-ALT-DEL, I get the error message "Task
Manager has been disabled by system administrator," which is nonsense, as
that is me and I did no such thing. I cannot pinpoint any "event" that
preceeded this. I am a stand-alone workstation with only one defined
user-me. The admin. It was working fine a few weeks ago. Can someone
either offer insight as to why this could have happened and/or point me in
the right direction to re-enable this?

THANKS!
