I'm having issues where non-admin users aren't able to pull up the Task
Manager on their workstations (XP Pro, SP2). No viruses or spyware are
present. When you right click on the task bar and select Task Manager,
nothing happens. I've tried CTRL+ALT+DEL and selected Task List but I get the
same thing, nothing at all. I don't remember that you needed to be an Admin
to open the Task manager. Did that change in SP2? Does anyone have any
suggestions on how to resolve this?
