Please help. When I Ctrl+Alt delete, the only thing on my window is at the bottom, the end task etc. I don't have anything at the top of my window. How do I get the title bar back and all the tabs? Please help. Thanks

Double click on the border at the top.

You can double click anywhere on the border not just the top.
