Task Bar & Manager Entries Flash Orange

Does any one know what it means when a File Name in the
Task Bar and/or a Process Name in the Task Manager window
flashes orange?
This happens when I try to print a Word Doc using
File>Print. The name of the file I'm trying to print
flashes orange in the task bar and, sometimes, the
process name "taskmgr" also flashes orange in the task
manager window. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

This has to do with your focus settings.

TweakUI/General/Focus

Prevent Programs from Stealing Focus - Undo (Line 66)

When a window that does not have focus is updated by its program, the
default setting prevents it from becoming the foremost (top) window,
instead, it flashes in the taskbar.

HeldUp is the easiest way to stop windows from disappearing behind other
programs. http://www.johnmacintyre.ca/HeldUp.asp

Kelly,

Thanks for your interest and support.
I don't think my symptoms entirely match the focus
problem:
When I try to print, the name of the word doc I'm trying
to print does flash ORANGE in the task bar, but the
document window remsains on top and its title bar
alternately blinks pale and dark blue. Clicking in
another open window or ending the blinking process in the
task manager window sometimes seems to fix the problem.
Interestingly, I have no trouble if I print using the
print icon instead of the file>pring menu command.
