task bar Hints in XP SP2

I installed sp2. Now the task bar hints/description in
the notification area are partially hidden "behind" the
task bar. Any sugestions are appreciated.

A very common and well know bug in XP, not confined to SP2. The only
recourse is a reboot which should fix it ... until he next time.

That bug has been there in all versions of Windows.

That doesn't impact this bug. Only way is to reboot and then it
reappears some time later. No cure.
