Targus Wireless Remote Presenter (900 MHz) - Error Msg

We have an IBM T40 with windows XP. We recently purchased
a Targus Wireless Remote Presenter (900 MHz). When the
system is ready to go to the screen saver we get the
following error "System Stand by Failed THe device driver
fort the 'standard 101/102-Key or microsoft Natural PS/2
keyboard' device is preventing the machine from entering
standby. Please close all applications and try again. If
problem persists you may need to update this driver."
Both the laptop & wireless Remote are brand new. Any
ideas?
