I went into msconfig and disabled some services that my computer didn't need to speed up the startup process. But now it asks me which operating system I want to start on..and timing out in 2 seconds. I only have Windows XP Home SP2 on my system, so I don't know why it would ask me that. It still boots up normally though, and it doesn't seem to have harmed anything, but it's getting annoying. I just can't stand for something abnormal to be happening during startup. And yes, I did check to be sure that the services I disabled
weren't essential to Windows, and what they were used for.

These are the services that I disabled:

ASP.Net State Service
.Net Runtime Optimization x86
Com+ system application
Http Sll
Net Logon
Distributed Transaction Coordinator
Netmeeting Remote Desktop Sharing
Install Driver Table Manager
MS Software Shadow Copy Provider
Network Provisioning Service
Portable Media Serial Number Service
QoS RSVP
Smart Card
WMI performance adapter service

Would one of those possibly have caused this?
Any help would be appreciated.

EDIT: Nevermind. Turns out that a program I am using was doing it.
